Reporting Problems & Feedback
If you have any questions on how to use Multiplayer, or suggestions on how we can improve it, please shoot us an email.
- Log in into your Multiplayer account.
- Open the project you're working on.
- Click on the '❓ Support' icon located in the bottom-left corner of your screen.
If you found a bug, we'd love to know so we can fix it asap! We use our own Platform Debugger to collect bug reports, so it's super quick:
- Log in into your Multiplayer account.
- Open the project you're working on.
- Click on the '⭕️ Report a bug' icon located in the bottom-left corner of your screen.
- Click 'Start bug-hunting' and record the steps you took to trigger the bug.
The Platform Debugger will automatically send us a link to a deep session replay and we'll jump to resolve the issue asap!
ℹ️ Keep in mind that some Multiplayer features might be in beta! We are actively working on introducing new features, ironing out bugs, and adding more examples. Your feedback is crucial to our development process and greatly appreciated. 💜
