Free Forever​

The Free plan is best suited for individual users or small teams (up to 5 teammates). It allows you to visualize and collaborate on your system architecture and consolidate all technical system information into a single location.

Teams​

The Teams plan is perfect for scaling organizations with multiple teams (Frontend, Backend, QA, DevOps, etc.) and/or teams that need a more effective way to collaborate and work together efficiently.

Is Multiplayer free?​

Yes, Multiplayer is committed to supporting a better way to design, develop and manage distributed software, which is why we offer a free 1-month trial of all our features and a basic plan which will remain free forever.

What happens after the free 1-month trial?​

Every Multiplayer account starts with a free 1-month trial of all our features, no credit card required. At the end of the trial you’ll have the option to:

  • Downgrade to a Free Forever plan
  • Contact us to upgrade to a Teams plan or a custom Enterprise plan

If you decide to downgrade to a Free plan, your paid plan features will be deactivated and you will have to decide which 5 users will continue to have access to Multiplayer going forward.

When do I add my credit card / billing information?​

You can start for free today without adding your credit card. When your 1-month trial period is about to end, you’ll be asked whether you want downgrade to Free forever plan or talk with us about upgrading to a Teams or Enterprise plan.

How many users can I have per plan?​

The Free plan supports up to 5 free users, you will need to upgrade to a paid plan to add more.

What level of support should I expect?​

All of our users, regardless of subscription plan, have access to community support through Discord.

Teams users have access to standard support by email and Enterprise users have access to priority support SLAs & channels. For specific information please get in touch with our team.
